Staumelder MOBILE is the app for your smartphone that provides comprehensive and precise information on all traffic reports throughout Germany. This app accesses a database where traffic reports and information are centrally stored, including updates from the police, traffic services, and submissions directly through the app and website.

Thanks to Staumelder MOBILE, you can access current traffic reports from anywhere or submit your own. Traffic reports can be sorted by region, city, highways, or by date. Users can create personalized locations under “My Traffic Reports” to receive specific traffic updates. Additionally, keyword searches for traffic reports are easily executed within the app.

Functions

• Traffic Report Overview:

• A summary of all traffic reports for highways, cities, and states. Sort them by appearance time (e.g., one hour ago or 8 hours ago) and instantly share these reports with friends.

• Report a Traffic Jam:

• Notify about a traffic jam directly, and once verified, it is added to the database visible on the Staumelder MOBILE app and website.

• My Traffic Reports:

• Create up to 10 different locations to receive direct updates through push notifications on your smartphone based on relevant keywords.

• Search:

• This feature allows you to search for traffic reports using specific keywords. For instance, inputting “B10” will display all recent traffic reports related to that keyword within the last 24 hours.

• Traffic Map:

• The map displays the current traffic situation throughout Germany with roads color-coded in yellow (moderate traffic) or red (high traffic). Red marked roads indicate congestion and issues that should be avoided.

• News:

• All relevant information for drivers is published here along with updates on the latest Staumelder MOBILE versions.
